Afternoon Reds
Report Date: March 23, 2007
Fished with Andy Armstrong and his 7 year old son.They had a good work out boating five Reds and one 23 inch Trout.The Trout hit on a GULP Jerk shad on a 2/0 Gamakatsu worm hook fished weedless.The Reds have been hittig Capt. Mikes gold spoons (gold on gold).In the last week I have caught 6 trout over 20 inches on the same abandond crab trap,working a Jerk shad right on the edges of it.If you can find some structure out in the flats(no matter how small)you will find big Trout close to it.
