Crooked Island report
Report Date: September 6, 2006
Fish Crooked Island yesterday and had great catch of Tout and Redfish.it was a little windy in between squalls so we used Skitterwalkers and caught limits of big trout and Redfish (we released all but 4 trout)along with sveral Blue fish in the 20 inch range ,we even caught three Mangrove snapper all on topwater.
I have been seeing lots of Teal the last two weeks,both on the lake and bay.I am booked for the early season but have a few days open for the fist split.
