Repot for week of April 16-23

Well it's been a great week for Trout and Redfish on the flats.We caught lots of keeper Reds and Trout this week including 3 over 20 inches on Sat.Early in the week I had several good Trout and Reds fishing way back in the marsh on the high tide useing Subdude Johnsons Silver Minnows and Zara Super Spook Jr's in bone white.In the middle of the day Cajan Thunders and Cocahoe minnows have produced well.Shell Island has procuced a lot of good Pompano catches this week ,with Gulp Sand fleas being the hot bait,The gulp has been outfishing real shrimp three to one.Sunday I caught two Cobia on Gulp Sand fleas at Crooked Island while Pompano fishing.Thats all for this week .
